LEXINGTON PARK, MD, January 24, 2017 — On December 15, 2016, Precise Systems was awarded a $22.3M, five-year task order to provide Science, Engineering, Technical and Logistics Support Services to the NAVAIR PMA-209 Capability Management Team. The Capability Management Team focuses on improving collaboration between PMA-209, Air Combat Electronics (ACE) and program office customers. The team will aid in developing collective multi-platform capability integration strategies that meet platform community requirements and capture Enterprise level efficiencies. Partner companies include DCS Corporation and SAIC, both of which are long standing service providers in PMA-209. Precise additionally performs work under two other task orders supporting PMA-209 initiatives: Acquisition (ACQ) and International Program Teams; and Common Acquisition Programs (CAP).
Precise Recognized by NAVAIR as Top 10 Contractor
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, December 28, 2016 — On December 20, 2016, Precise Systems was recognized by NAVAIR as one of the NAWCAD Patuxent River Top 10 Prime Contractors of FY16. Precise Awarded Task Order to Support PMA-231
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, December 13, 2016 — Precise Systems announces the award of a five-year, $54M task order to provide Program Management support services to NAVAIR, PMA-231, E-2/C-2 Program Office. PMA-231 serves as the Navy’s agent for overall management of E-2/C-2 weapon system acquisition. Precise Systems is a well-established small business with a history of successfully supporting large NAVAIR program offices in their transitions from development to production and sustainment. The Precise Team is comprised of subcontractors Wyle, Deloitte and LTS Consulting, all established service providers for PMA-231. The Team will provide International Business/Foreign Military Sales, Financial, Acquisition, Engineering, and Logistics Management services to sustain the lifecycle of E-2 and C-2 aircraft.
Precise Systems Accepts Community Partner Award

LEXINGTON PARK, MD, December 1, 2016 — Precise Systems proudly accepted the Community Partner Award from Southern Maryland Community Network (SMCN) during their Annual Open Board Meeting on November 29, 2016 at College of Southern Maryland, Prince Frederick Campus. The Community Partner Award honors organizations who have demonstrated support of the Southern Maryland Community Network Mission through their efforts in contributing to the communities in which they work and live.
Southern Maryland Community Network is a local non-profit organization that operates with a mission of “forming a partnership between people with mental health needs and their community – to foster understanding, empowerment, integration and enhanced quality of life.” Their services include psychiatric rehabilitation programs, targeted case management, employment support, adult crisis assistance, child/adolescent psychiatric rehabilitation
programs, homelessness transition services, as well as a tri-county Community Behavioral Health Liaison Program. SMCN has pioneered mental health service offerings in Southern Maryland, paving the way to ensuring the people of this community have the resources necessary for wellness and success.
Precise Systems has partnered with SMCN in several initiatives over the past few years. Initiatives have included the Annual Precise Back to School Drive, where employees donate new school supplies and assemble backpacks for distribution to struggling families in the community. Precise has also participated in several food drives and food distributions during holiday times in coordination with SMCN. Precise Systems Celebrates Opening of New Location and Employee Stock Ownership

LEXINGTON PARK, MD, October 26, 2016 — Precise Systems, Inc. celebrated the Grand opening of our fourth location at the WestGate@Crane Technology Park. LEXINGTON PARK, MD, August 30, 2016 — Precise Systems announces the award of a five-year, $6.2M task order to provide a broad range of information assistance and security support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division Security Division. The NSWC Crane Division Security Division provides security policy and program management to all focus areas within NSWC Crane. The Precise Team, consisting of Delta Resources and Gryphon Technologies, will provide anti-terrorism, security collaboration, communications security/electronic key management, continuity of operations, emergency management, industrial security, information security, operational security, and physical security support services to the Security Division.

LEXINGTON PARK, MD, August 30, 2016 — Precise Systems announces the award of a five-year, $21.8M task order to provide Program Management support to the Air Combat Electronics (ACE) Acquisition and International Programs teams within PMA-209. Services include operational, administrative, financial and international program support to PMA-209 teams tasked with concept development, system demonstration, test and evaluation, production, deployment and life cycle support. Work on this contract will be performed primarily at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD. Precise Systems’ teammates for this effort are SAIC and DCS Corporation.

- Get Outdoors Day – National Get Outdoors Day is an annual event to encourage healthy, active outdoor fun. National Get Outdoors Day is the signature event of “Great Outdoors Month”, the designation given annually to the month of June by the White House and Governors across the United States.
- Warrior Alliance – The Warrior Alliance helps veterans through their veteran vocational rehabilitation program called Operation Double Eagle. Through their business model, they are in an incredible position to enable successful reintegration for veterans that face the hardship of transitioning into the private sector and providing them a clear pathway to guaranteed employment.
- Kappa Epsilon Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Black and Gold Sponsorship Ball – The annual Black and Gold Ball is the capstone fund raising event to support college scholarships for high school seniors and other community service programs.
- Great Mills High School Robotics Team – RoboBees – The RoboBees, FIRST (For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) team 836, is a robotics team located in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Charitable funding will allow the group to continue work in the areas of STEM exploration by local high school students.
- Pax River Raiders – The Pax River Raiders Youth Football League, a non-profit community service, has been serving the youth of St. Mary’s County for the last eight years. The organization is solely funded by registration fees, fundraisers, and community donations through sponsorships and serves the youth of St. Mary’s County to allow them to participate in youth football and cheerleading. They also assist underprivileged youth who want to participate in the organization with scholarships.
- Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center, SkillsUSA program – Supports the Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center to sponsor students in the SkillsUSA program enabling 13 Maryland state gold medal winners attend the National Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville Kentucky June 20-24, 2016.
- Friends for Kids of Daviess County, Annual Sponsorship Drive – Friends for Kids provides adult companionship for children in need. Operating funds are raised through United Way and Daviess County Foundation and donations from public sources.
- Life’s Good in Leonard’s Grant 5K – Sponsorship of annual 5K event that raises money for the Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department.
- Ronald McDonald House – Ronald McDonald Houses offer a “home-away-from-home” for families so they can stay close by their hospitalized child at little or no cost.
